Our Pursuit

India always prides itself to be a democratic super power.  Today it is already considered as a soft power and is silently claiming to become the third biggest economy in the world by 2023, according to several economists. India is brimming with the dynamic potential its youth possesses but the biggest factor impeding their professional growth is the disconnect between Academia and Industry needs. Even though many new jobs are being added to various industries each year, youth do not have the awareness and the required skills demanded by these industries.

Thus with the vision of reducing this increasing skill-gap, ANANTA aims at addressing as many youth as it can through its Skill Development Programs. We are amongst a handful in the state of Gujarat to be rendering industry-specific Soft Skill Trainings. We also pride ourselves with working hand in hand with Start-Ups as they are the fundamental units where youth start their professional journey.

We are also passionate about igniting ‘young minds’ i.e. nourishing the talents, strengths and other hidden potential of kids from age 8 years to 16 years and above.

Our potential target audience includes

Industry Aspirants

This primarily includes youth seeking employment, college-goers and high-school students. This segment of youth is most concerned about getting a progressive job, the right growth opportunities and a desired pay scale. What they fail to realize is they lack the professional skill-sets required by their industry in general and their job-profile in particular. With our extensive years of research, we know the exact skill-set requirement of each industry and this uniqueness makes us train our candidates most effectively and holistically.

Working Professionals

Recent Soft-skills survey indicate that employers seek working professionals who can communicate effectively (verbally), work in teams and make decisions which can reduce conflicts and glitches at job-place.

According to a 2020 Global Skill-Gap report, 92% full-time employees in India think there is a skill gap in the country and 76% attribute it to the lack of Soft Skills. The employees also say that the competition in job market is so acute that they need constant up-skilling. This also affects them personally and the growing anxiety disturbs their present job-growth cycle immensely.

At ANANTA, our focus is to hand-hold this working populace to train them for basic to most competitive job environs. We also strive to create a mindset of life-long learning to prepare them for future work-place challenges as well. What makes us unique is our practical and objective approach so as to facilitate learning-by-doing rather than mere monologues.

Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs & Business Owners are the driving force behind revolutionizing the economy of the country. In order to meet the demands of rising competition and myriad challenges of the global market, it is imperative for business owners to constantly up-skill their entrepreneurial prowess as their organizations’ success rests on their shoulders.

ANANTA has successfully facilitated customized programs to address specific needs of entrepreneurs from effective communication, time management to employee retention.

Young Brains

Our youngest breed is the smartest of all. However it all depends on how early childhood development is initiated. As guardians, parents and educators, we can’t ignore that the earlier we instill children with effective soft skills like mutual respect, empathy, emotional intelligence, team work, creative thinking etc., the faster we see their socio-emotional development taking place.

This eventually reflects in their behavioral skills, great communication ability, competent leadership skills and ability to show empathy towards others and help them.

We have highly interactive and engaging sessions which push the kids to immerse themselves in the world of curiosity, proactive participation and bonding with each other. From kids 8 to 16 years of age, we have customized palates for each age group.

Learning-by-doing!

At ANANTA, we strictly adhere to inquiry-based learning which is also termed as experiential learning. Modalities we employ are highly engaging, creative and initiate collaborative skill growth. Each technique we use to ‘train the brain’ is based on years of conclusive scientific researches and our own experience of over 2 decades in the genre.

WHY is it effective?

  • BRAIN GETS TRAINED FASTER Activity-based learning is always better than learning through monologues, books or rote-pedagogy. Soft Skills are human, people’s skills and hence demand a shift in the mindset of the candidate. When we engage in action to develop an ability, it gets imbibed faster by the brain.
  • MORE MEMORABLE Nothing matches the learning that comes through personalized learning experiences like putting in effort to accomplish a task, making mistakes, reflecting on them and the improvising the strategies. Hence the transformation and its process tend to stay in the brain for many years.
  • CREATES STRONG MOTIVATIONWhen we involve ourselves to learn a skill through experiential learning, we start developing a personal connection with our own abilities and emotions. This exposes us to different facets of self-realization, curiosity and builds in us an innate ability to motivate ourselves to do better.
  • INITIATES STRONGER BONDSAt ANANTA, we make the whole world your classroom. Project-based learning pushes you to interact with different individuals, work in teams and accept each other socially as well as personally. This largely helps to break socio-behavioral barriers and makes us more community-friendly.
  • BUILDS SKILLS FOR SUCCESS Lets not relate it with ‘financial success’ alone. True success comes when we become more empowered as individuals and develop capabilities to manage the world around us with grace. Whether you are a student, an industry professional or an entrepreneur, a dedicated Personal Skill Development will invariably bring milestones to your journey of life.
